Refund Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
All of my knitting patterns are digital products, delivered instantly as a PDF download. Because of this, I'm unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a pattern has been purchased and downloaded.
Why I don't offer refunds
Once a digital file has been downloaded, it can't be "returned" in the way a physical item can — so unlike physical products, I'm not able to accept the pattern back or resell it. This is standard practice for digital pattern shops, and it's why I encourage you to check a pattern carefully before buying.
By purchasing a digital pattern from me, you're agreeing to have immediate access to that content, and in doing so you're consenting to waive your usual 14-day cooling-off/cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as this right doesn't apply once digital content has started downloading.
Before you buy
To help you choose the right pattern, please check:
-
The skill level listed on the pattern
-
The finished size/dimensions
-
The materials list, so you know what yarn and supplies you'll need
-
The photos, so the design is exactly what you're after
If you're ever unsure whether a pattern is right for you, feel free to get in touch before purchasing and I'll be happy to help.
If something's actually gone wrong
While I don't offer refunds for change of mind, I do want you to end up with a pattern that works. If any of the following happens, please contact me and I'll sort it out:
-
Your download link doesn't work or your file won't open
-
You've received the wrong pattern
-
Your PDF is missing pages or contains a genuine error that stops you completing the pattern
