Yarn:

Stylecraft Special DK

70g Toy (peach)

50g Raspberry (red)

45 g White

50g Kelly Green(dark green)

30g Pistachio (light green)

15g Parchment (light grey)

20g Walnut (brown)

Scrap amounts of black yarn or embroidery cotton for the eyes.


Needles:

3.5mm Straight needles


Other supplies:

Toy stuffing

Tapestry Needle

3 Stitch markers

Holding needle (or spare knitting needle)

Crochet hook (to create chains and attach the hair)

3 Dark green buttons, 1 white button and 1 light green button (10 mm diameter)


Size:

28 cm


Abbreviations:

x times: Knit the instructions between the brackets x amount of times.

* ; rep from * to end: Repeat the instructions between the * and ; until the end of the row.

st(s): stitch(es)

K: knit, if followed by a number, knit that amount of stitches

P: purl

St st: stocking stitch: alternate a row of knitting and a row of purling.

G st: garter stitch: knit every row

K2tog: knit two stitches together knitwise.

P2tog: purl two stitches together purlwise.

Kfb: knit in the front and back of the stitch, creating an increase.

Pfb: Purl in the front and back of the stitch, creating an increase.

YO: Yarn over

Ssk: Slip 1 st, slip the next, then put left needle back into the slipped sts and knit them

together, creating a decrease.

Sl1: slip 1 stitch from the left needle to the right needle without working it.
